Instead of spending your day shopping, prepping, grilling, and cleaning, we bring the grill, cook every meal fresh on-site, and handle the hard work so you can relax and spend time with your guests.

Meet Anthony
For founder Anthony, great food has always been about bringing people together.
With more than 15 years of catering and culinary experience, Anthony has prepared meals for everything from backyard celebrations and family gatherings to weddings, golf outings, corporate events and high-profile private functions.
Along the way, he completed professional culinary courses through the Culinary Institute of America and built his career as a butcher, developing an expert understanding of meat selection, preparation and grilling.
That experience inspired him to create Coastal Carnivore, combining his passion for live-fire cooking with a simple mission: bringing fresh, on-site grilling directly to your event so you can actually enjoy the celebration you’ve planned.
As a lifelong New Jersey resident, Anthony loves spending time at the Jersey Shore with his family. That appreciation for great food, family and memorable gatherings is what Coastal Carnivore is all about.
